Registered Nurse (RN) Wellbeing Checks
What is it?
A Registered Nurse (RGN) visits on a four-weekly basis (voluntary) to add preventative oversight.
How it helps:

Provides simple wellbeing observations (hydration, mobility, blood pressure, mood)

With consent, a summary of these checks can be shared with GPs to join up support

Supports falls prevention by monitoring mobility and sharing practical tips with families and staff

Guides staff/volunteers in safe practice and dementia care awareness
