2. Initial Contact

Once your referral form is received, a friendly member of our team will get in touch. This conversation allows us to learn more about your situation, answer your questions, and provide additional information about the ways The Care Pod can support you or your family member.

3. Needs Assessment

Following the initial contact, we will arrange a personalised needs assessment. This can be carried out in person or virtually, depending on your preference. During the assessment, we take the time to understand the individual's unique situation, goals, and aspirations. This helps us build a care solution that truly works for you.

4. Taster Session

To ensure that we're the perfect fit, we offer a no-obligation taster session. This gives you an opportunity to experience our care services first-hand. Your feedback from this session is invaluable and helps us make any necessary adjustments to better meet your expectations.

5. Service Agreement

Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll draft a clear and transparent service agreement. This document outlines the type and level of care we’ll provide, along with associated costs. With everything laid out in detail, you can make well-informed decisions with complete confidence.

6. Personalised Care Plan

With the service agreement in place, our team will create a fully personalised care plan designed to meet the individual’s specific needs. We understand that circumstances can change, so our care plans are flexible and regularly reviewed to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
