Duty to Cooperate with WSCC
Under Section 45 of the Care Act 2014, The Care Pod will cooperate fully with WSCC Safeguarding Adults Board, social care teams, and other relevant agencies in the investigation and resolution of safeguarding concerns. This includes providing timely access to relevant records, participating in strategy meetings, and implementing agreed actions.
