Welcome to
The care pod
Early Intervention & Structured Support in the Community
The Care Pod provides community-based, therapeutic-informed support for children, young people and adults, including dedicated dementia services, creating clear, supported pathways at every stage of life.
The Care Pod is a community-based support model designed to intervene early, reduce crisis, and create meaningful progression.
We provide structured, supportive environments where individuals can build confidence, develop independence, and feel part of a safe and connected community.
Rather than being a day centre, school or therapy service, The Care Pod acts as a bridge — supporting individuals and families at key transition points.
